I always love my Thursday date with my city, although today was a little bit of a struggle with my promise not to drink coffee for 3 weeks!
Seriously what kind of crazy, self pain inflicting person decides to give up coffee in the coffee capital?? One week in though and I’m staying strong😇
Today’s stops were Five Plus Smoothie where I bought my non coffee coffee replacement Smooth Skin Smoothie at their cute little cafe on Little Londsdale ($7.50) , H&M to view the new french inspired Conscious Exclusive line and as always Postal Lane to Mama’s Buoi for lunch where I absolutely missed my Vietnamese drip coffee but this was forgotten while I was indulging in my coconut pancakes with taro ice cream, and absolute delight to the taste buds as it was to the eyes, well worth the 15 minute wait to have them make it fresh, lunch total $64. FYI I love this place for lunchtime cocktails….seriously delicious!
Finally bad decision for the day Max Brenner in QV😍 a complete insanity occurred when I ordered a brownie sundae that came out the size of a small child, so I could use the receipt to validate my parking. Way too much but was delicious for $14.50 definitely order it to share xx
